Burleigh Crossing Bridge
Hansen Engineering Group was engaged to provide design and construction verification services for the Burleigh Crossing Bridge, a 180m long low-lying bridge located in a remote region of Queensland. The bridge had to be designed to withstand challenging conditions, including deep soft soils, high scour depths, and frequent flooding, all of which are common in this remote location.
Our team developed advanced engineering solutions to address these challenges, ensuring the structural integrity and durability of the bridge. The project was completed as a design and construct package in collaboration with NQ Civil Contractors. Rigorous testing and comprehensive analysis were employed to ensure the project met both safety standards and operational requirements.
