Hansen Engineering Group provided construction support for the new Berth 10 Mooring Dolphin, designed to accommodate larger cruise ships at the Port of Townsville, Northern Australia’s largest container and automotive port. This critical infrastructure project required rigorous construction verification to ensure the mooring dolphin met all design specifications and safety standards.
Our services included detailed inspections, a comprehensive review of QA documentation, and the final construction certification of the mooring dolphin. The structure was built with reinforced concrete piles and marine-grade materials, ensuring durability and performance under challenging maritime conditions.
